About Roger Davis
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Mississippi. Roger's experience is broad, ranging from $50,000,000 private bond offerings to managing endowment assets for not for profit entities. He has served as an advisor to Deposit Guaranty Bank, in Jackson MS. In addition to his experience managing money and executing large transactions, he has practical experience as a board member and shareholder for several successful private companies. He is on the advisory board of Keltman
Pharmaceutical. Founded in 2003, Keltman is a privately held generic
pharmaceutical company, with annual sales in excess of $2,000,000.
Additionally, Roger owns a real estate development and construction
company. Mr. Davis is an Executive Committee Member

Roger
Davis is a partner with Woodridge Capital Portfolio Management in Jackson,
Mississippi. Prior to the formation of Woodridge Capital, he was a Senior
Vice President, Investments at UBS Financial Services for six years. From
1996 to 2000, he was a Limited Partner at J.C. Bradford & Company, where
he served as a member of the Senior Advisory Council. Davis has worked as
a financial advisor for fifteen years, beginning his career with Dean
Witter Reynolds in 1992.

Board of Directors member. Roger has been married to Joy for 12 years.
They are the parents of Grace, 7, and Clayton, 5. Grace is a first grader at
First Presbyterian Day School and Clayton is in pre-school at Covenant
Presbyterian. They are active members of Pinelake Church in Flowood, MS.
